“YOU MUST…” is a performance-based video piece commissioned by Island Life Production to respond to the “Welcome Back” project. It was a collaboration between London based Filmmaker Heena Song and Performer Ana Coltatu. Together we utilised the common subject "mask" intruding into the public spaces in London’s bustling train stations, tubes and river Thames areas. Presents repetitive, ritualistic movements with constant interaction with the public, this two-screened work seeks to investigate and contemplate the pandemic’ impact upon our mind, behaviours and daily existence.
